Terry heads Vaangden's operations worldwide. As Technical and Operations Director, Terry leads Vaangden's drilling engineering, drilling management and operations & project management. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry and has over 40 years of upstream, international experience in all aspects of onshore and offshore oil & gas Drilling Engineering/Drilling Management and Operations/Project Management that includes planning and drilling of relief wells. Work areas include South America, North Sea, Africa, Caribbean Islands, Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia. He has worked for large, multinational and independent oil companies like Occidental Petroleum, DNO, Niko Resources, Range Resources and Halliburton Energy Services. He has various technical publications in his name.

Kevin who heads Vaangden’s Geophysical functions has over 47 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry handling global projects for both operators and contractors. He has worked in various positions in marine seismic data acquisition and processing and has also served as operations geophysicist for multinational operators. He has handled project management work for multiple 3D/2D surveys, including tender/contracts management, operational planning/control and editing services on QC reports. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Uty. of New South Wales, Sydney and has worked for companies like Geophysical Service Inc., Halliburton Geophysical Services, Western Geophysical, Cairn Energy, Niko Resources, RPS, Nido Petroleum and Otto Energy.

Lee  has 40 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry handling global projects with both operators and contractors. His career began in 1976 as a Dynamic Positioning and Subsea Engineer aboard a deep-water drillship after seven years of military service that included tours of duty with the UN and NATO. He holds a Diploma of Electronic Engineering. Lee has been associated with other aspects of energy by way of airborne surveying, mining applications, environmental issues, new technologies and project management. Lee has worked for British Petroleum, Petro Canada, Gulf Resources, Niko Resources, DNO, Qatar gas, Santos Oil and Gas, Transocean and Baker Hughes.

Brian serves as non-executive director in engineering and project management. He holds a Civil Engineering Degree from University of Saskatchewan and has over 40 years of upstream Oil & Gas onshore and offshore experience in exploration, development and project management, including heavy oil operations. He has worked for Canadian Ingersoll-Rand, Norcen Energy Resources, Asamera, Bow Valley, Hallwood Petroleum, Pangaea Energy LLC and Niko Resources. He has worked in South Asia, Middle East, Canada, Africa, South America and Southeast Asia. He is a member of Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists, Alberta and Society of Professional Engineers.

Tony is a drilling and completions professional with extensive engineering, planning, operations, and supervision experience in deep water, fixed offshore platforms, floating field development, jack up/platform cantilever operations and land projects. He has wide-ranging experience in conventional directional drilling technology, including steerable rotary drilling systems for long reach high displacement, high angle and horizontal development wells, and completion concepts such as OH gravel packs, cased-hole gravel packs, screens, cased and perforated. He is also a technical expert in drilling fluids science applications and well control. He has worked for various companies worldwide including Shell, Murphy, ENI, Petro Canada, Amoco, Exxon/Mobil, BHPP, Canadian Superior, CNODC, Husky, Chevron, Rasgas, etc. He is a member of the Asian Elephant Preservation Society and a ‘Friend” of the Singapore Zoo.

Randal serves as the Chief HSE Advisor to Vaangden. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and Masters in Environmental Science. His 28 yrs of professional consulting experience has emphasized: design, implementation and audit of internationally compliant (World Bank/IFC/ISO/OHSAS) HSE Management Systems and CSR Programs for IOC/NOCs in India, Bangladesh, Trinidad, Indonesia, Iraq and Madagascar for offshore/onshore operations; management, senior technical advisor and or oversight of numerous Environmental & Social Impact Assessments, Oilfield Waste Management Programs, Data Consolidation & Reporting for the Carbon Disclosure Project, and ERP Programs (including onshore and offshore spill response). Mr.Glaholt has worked in 16 countries, served as expert witness in a number of provincial and national regulatory hearings, been recognized through national and academic appointments, and published and presented a range of professional research projects.

Satish is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA holder. He has been a global marketing personnel in a career spanning over 26 years. He has worked in the Tyre, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas Sectors in Asia and Middle East, where he had made significant strides in sales, marketing and supply chain activities for customers around the world. He is widely travelled and has helped several clients develop their global marketing strategies. He heads Vaangden’s Operations, Sales and Marketing Management efforts in the Asia and Middle East Regions. As a succesful sales manager he has always lead from the front, prepared his sales teams for the constantly changing market place and kept them happy and engaged. He has always demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer service.

Aji who started his career in 1995 as a Chartered Accountant, is a  business advisor with excellent track record in domains such as Merger & Acquisitions, Audit, Underwriting, Taxation & System Implementation. He advises at the board level for many reputed business groups and private equity firms on matters relating to Finance & Business and has successfully handled many global assignments. He has been associated with TATA group Companies, ICICI Bank Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, GE Countrywide Ltd, Federal Bank Limited, Asian Paints Limited, ICICI Lombard Limited, etc. Currently, he is based in London and advises Start-Ups, Property Management and Financial Services Companies.
